Returns & Warranty Claims

We truly want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee. You may choose a replacement, refund, or store credit — whichever works best for you.

To help us process your return smoothly:

  • Items should be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be in their original condition.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care in packing your order, but if your item arrives faulty or has been damaged during shipping, please let us know within seven (7) days of delivery. We’ll gladly arrange a warranty replacement for you as quickly as possible.

NDIS Orders

Due to the administrative complexities associated with NDIS and Plan Management payments, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for orders paid using NDIS funds.

However, supplier or manufacturer warranties still apply as outlined above. If you experience a warranty issue, please contact our team to discuss the available options.
